Free Standard Shipping When You Spend $100 or More on Qualifying Items.

*Spend $100 or more (before shipping, taxes or handling surcharges are calculated) on select toys and games, and those items will receive free standard shipping at checkout. Limited time only. Exclusions apply.

Some items are shipping directly from the manufacturer and carry high shipping surcharge due to size and weight. For this reason, some products on our site will carry a handling/oversize surcharge.

Return Policy

Wooden Toddler Toys wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Prior to making a purchase, please be sure to ask any questions you might have about your order. We want you to be informed about the item(s) you are purchasing.

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. We will exchange the product for you, for a product of same or less value. We cannot refund original shipping charges. If the item had free shipping or included with the purchase price, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are also responsible for the return shipping costs. If you need to send an undamaged item back to us, it may be subjected to a maximum 25% restocking fee. If the item arrives damaged to us, it is possible that there will be no refund. We suggest that when you prepay your freight to us, that you insure and track the package. You must e-mail us at info@woodentoddlertoys.com to receive authorization prior to your return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

For items damaged during shipping, contact us immediately for further instructions. We will be happy to assist you in getting the needed replacement(s). To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging. Wooden Toddler Toys will assume the return shipping charges for damaged or defective products. As with all returns please e-mail us at info@woodentoddlertoys.com to receive authorization or simply refuse the shipment if the damage is evident at time of delivery.

* All personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned except for product defect.

Delivery Time

* Estimated shipping/delivery times are listed on each product page at the end of the product description.

* Ground shipping time will usually be 5 to 7 business days after the order is shipped, depending on where you live and where it shipping from.

* The reason some products take longer for delivery is they may be made specifically for your order and may ship directly from the manufacturer.

* The best way to make sure you know how long it will take is to see the delivery times on the item page.

* Orders submitted with the wrong billing information will need verification and therefore will be delayed, the above shipping policies will not apply. We ask that you please enter your billing address & phone # exactly as stated on your credit card statement so that your order may be processed efficiently.
